However, I live in Portland Oregon, and if you know Portland you know there aren't many Iranians here and it is especially difficult meeting Iranian singles.
Through your site I met Azadeh who lives in Salt Lake City. We started by exchanging emails, and then talked over the phone three or four times, until we agreed to meet in person for a dinner. I went to Salt Lake City. Things went well. We continued to talk, exchanged emails and got together several times. Last week we decided to get married. The fact that we were both ready for something long term eliminated some of the dating ritual, allowing us to reach a marriage decision quicker.

Four months ago I signed up with Persepolis Matchmaker kind of as a joke. I didn't believe I'd actually find someone through Internet. I was very surprised by the number of emails that I received in a short period of time. I met several interesting people, but when I met Peyman, we really clicked on the first date. We just got engaged.
Thank you for providing an excellent matchmaking service. It's much safer (especially for women) than going to bars. It is also much faster than waiting for some friend to introduce someone. I've been recommending your site to all my single girlfriends. You may hear from one of my friends soon ;-)

I just thought you'd be interested to know that Maryam and I will be married on October 25. We met through Persepolis Matchmaker in late June. (She was the first one I actually met & I picked her) and we've been going out ever since. She's really great -- and to think, that just four months ago I was about to give up on finding an Iranian soul mate. Its weird, but things sometimes work out in ways you don't expect.
