Exporting Overview
|
In this section of the reporting demonstration we will go over the exporting options for your survey results. Exporting is a simple two step process that gives you the raw data results from your survey. The first step- "Options" allows you to set up how you'd like to receive your results and what data is to be included in it.
The second step- "Filters" is optional- you may filter out responses or respondents as necessary. |

Options
When exporting your results, the first step is to choose what data you want exported. Your choices include exporting all your surveys or just one, all questions or just text answer questions, exporting to CSV, or TSV, and how much information about each answer you want included.
Benefits: The ability to export the data in CSV and TSV
formats allows you to load the information into Excel or other
statistical tools for more detailed analysis. It will also allow you
to download the results of your survey to your local computer.

Filters
While setting up your exported data, you also have the choice to use all the result filters. You can use the date filter, the respondent filter, the question filter, and the question answer filter. View a description of each of these filters.
Benefits: Filtering your
results can allow you to analyze the exact subset of raw data you want.
